smcjcm06 It depends how it is used in the sentence. If you're telling them something good they may really mean good for you. If they are somewhat of a rude person they could have said it just to be mean. It really depends what was said.

smcjcm06 First thing I do when I get up is feed my daughter and change her diaper. Every morning I wake up and dump all drinks/ throw away all candy wrappers. Three hours later I sweep and vacuum the floors. I feed 3 million pets and I get myself something to drink....
