Self-Employed/Business or going to work?

Hi friends, Do you prefer to be self-employed or own a business or do you like to work for monthly salary in a company? I prefer to be self-employed and be my own boss. But i know both have its own pros and cons.

What are your new year resolutions?

My new year resolutions for 2016 are earning atleast Rs.1,00,000 per month from all my businesses and getting fit physically :) What about yours friends .. Still i am adding things to my resolution list :)

Is there any limit on the number of comments/responses/discussions we do on mylot? What is the maximum number of posts you have made per day? I am slow in mylot , mainly because i have not yet got in to the mood of making money...
