Aravind Kannan I struggled like u in the past but when my business involved physical work i slept very quick and easily with a deep sound sleep due to the tiredness of my body and no thinking in my mind :) Both mind and body need to be calm for a deep sleep:)

Aravind Kannan you can watch in youtube "mind your language" british language comedy series released in 1970s and 1980s . 3 seasons are available with 29 episodes :) i enjoyed it very much. it is about foreign students learning english in classes :)
