How many hours you will sleep a day ??

Many like to sleep for several hours. How many hours you will sleep and what is the timing. But every human nees at least 6 hours of sleep. But due to various stress six hours sleep has been reduced. Is it true?

smoptions I sleep at least eight hours a day Because if i don't get enough sleep it cause headache to me so doctor has advise me at least eight hours of sleep & i agree eight hour of sleep is necessary for every person.

smoptions This is surely a scam site. they trick you into giving your email address & then spam you with mail's that you have won $120000000 in lottery or some one has a left a huge amount of money in some country & you help him in collecting that money Don't fall for...
