SpiritWhisperer Depends where you get it. I find an area that has some fat in it is less painful. But my two Tattoo's, the wrist hurt in one area of my wrist in 1982-he hit a nerve. The second one on the left side of my chest and bosom which did have some fatty tissue in 1996...
