Do you use sleep aides when you need to go to sleep?

Sometimes I really need to get my sleep and I like to use Advil PM. They work great for me and I don't wake up the next day feeling groggy. What about you?

spurthi well I dont really use any sleeping aids. I believe that one wont get sleep when they are in worries or in tension. The best way to get some good sleep is meditation before bed so mind will be pleasant. keep smiling
