What do you do to loose weight?

I want to loose weight but it seems pretty hard. My main problem is my belly or abdomen. I'm not really fat and I weigh 100lbs, Oh I can say I'm not overweight but I still feel I'm fat, LOL.

Stanleyup Yi has a good basketball awereness, but he has his disadvantages in physical quality. If he can have a precise shooting like Dirk or Yao, he is almost a All-Star player. I trust him.
