I am wondering if this is unethical. if an event center automatically adds a gratuity to an event at its facility, is it ethical for a salaried position to take a cut of it? I have heard of this and it seems wrong to me

Fess up Who here is a lousy tipper? I always tip 20%(the standard) for service, great or lousy. although I think it is the restaurant owner's responsibility to pay its staff a reasonable wage, I am aware they only recive a measly...
