Blue screen error-Dumping problem

I have purchased laptop in Oct from Dell.Now in dec.its showing me Blue Screen error and laptop gets turned off immediately. anyone can provide me the best resolution.What i have to do now?

stevemartin I have used Avast trial version,then when i have scanned my PC with that deleted my all .exe files.If you have the Paid version/licensed version of avast then its fine otherwise Kaspersky is the best antivirus than avast
