euniceeleanor if at work, i would prefer to work as a team. you can learn so many things during brain storming, and by working as a term, it could actually bridge the gap among colleagues.

sunsham68 I am one of those people who prefers to work alone. That way I can be responsible for the credit or for the mistakes. Most of the "team" experiences I have had have been where the credit is shared equally/ hogged by the wrong person and the criticism is also...
