stew12763 you can go on most recipes site and look in the section *substitut*. you should have the substituts for sugar, fat and almost everything..when my mum had a heart attack, i cooked her a cake without fat, sugar nor eggs... she loved it!

stew12763 I visited greece in 2003, the hottest year ever.. My breath taking part of greece was up north when i visited the meteors in kalambaka. I never saw anything like this.. these strange huge rocks standing all around with on top the meteors. They are isolated...
