I have always prided myself in being a good cook. Just recently I have decided to cook using whole foods and less fats and sugars. I was thinking today how much more a measure of a good cook it is to cook without fats and sugars....

you can go on most recipes site and look in the section *substitut*. you should have the substituts for sugar, fat and almost everything..when my mum had a heart attack, i cooked her a cake without fat, sugar nor eggs... she loved it!

I have been there twice! First, I visited in a beautiful island Zakinthos, and a year after I flew to Greece itself: Athena, Delphi etc... I've got to say that Greece is a beautiful country!who else visited Greece or one of it...

I visited greece in 2003, the hottest year ever.. My breath taking part of greece was up north when i visited the meteors in kalambaka. I never saw anything like this.. these strange huge rocks standing all around with on top the meteors. They are isolated...
