i sometimes i hold my urine before i let go.sometimes for 5 or 6 hours.but we know that the regular discharging of urine is at least 3 hours or as much as possible earliest time.holding it for longer hours i feel so...

I love Disney movies and if you don't there's something wrong with you! But I want to know what everyone's favorites are. My favorite is Rafiki from The Lion King! I just wish he was in more of it!!!
