strid3r well compound have the gretest productive effect in muscle gain. and i beleive that isolation exercise shud be doen after u've enough mass to make urself happy :) . isolation exercises help in sarpning the targeted muscle . cuts and shaping of the muscles.....

strid3r yup :).... first get disciplined ... meaning learn to workout a part f ur body without those mithical exercises ....learn how to do a given exercise with proper form e.g lats (wings :)] i've seen people literely in the mood to rip them of their wings...

I really hate receiving chain e-mails. Specially those with threats of bad luck and evil things happening to you if you didn't pass them on. Do you submit to such threats or do you simply delete them? Me, I don't pass on chain...
