subhakars No. You don't need to install the first link. You can open the website and enter your blog URL and check the page rank. Webrank 4.0 is another plugin which you can install in the browser if required.

subhakars Paypal is available for India. However, from march 2011 Indians are only allowed to receive money but not purchase anything online.
