I was thinking that when I can't sleep I watch tv until I get bored they gave me sleeping pills to help me rest but that does not help I guess it's like I am imnue to alot of meds.

sue1511 i understand just what you are saying, im on 3 lots of sleepers and still dont sleep like you my body is so use to the sleepers they no longer work,i too sit and watch tv and get board so i go down stairs to do the ironing and cleaning, after a while i feel so...
