sugar_brown yes, it's true, I am glad that it wasn't a severe stroke. Some people do not have the warning signal before the terrible happens. Right now he is taking enough medication to prevent clot. Mostly other things too...

sugar_brown SOunds like so much fun. SO its much warmer there in San Diego, CA. It's getting pretty cold now here. I wake up in the dawn shivering. I dont like the weather here, it's been raining. Makes it hard to go anywhere when it rains really bad.

sugar_brown Yep, I heard that too. I think its really working.. I dont do strenuous exercise but if you sweat a little bit that's when you give your body the burn before you sleep... I think you can do some simple sit-ups to just get you to sleep well and do something...
