sujit12321 So far as i think SBI is the best. being a nationalised bank and completely owned by the govt, the account opening norms are a bit difficult but still then as far as services are concerned, it is the best bank in india.

sujit12321 The yellow colour debit card (19 digit number) ie the cash plus card is a domestic card and you are not allowed to carry out online ransactions with it. In paypal site it asks for a cvv/cvv2 number, which is also not available in the yellow color cash plus...
