sumitsonu You can withdraw the money from paypal into your bank account or your credit card. I have withdrawn the money in my bank account many times. It takes around 3-4 days to reach your account. So just register your bank account and withdraw.

sumitsonu I think if you are already registered in neobux then you should leave that task alone , otherwise your account can be suspended as they track IPs and multiple registrations form same IP may lead to account suspension.

sumitsonu You do get more adds , but not much more ...but other benefits are good like PTR credits etc .....if u dnt have a website ..i suggest u not to upgrade ...i did once and never made more than i invested.
