sunkissed Thats wonderful that so many workplaces re giving their employees the shots free noe days.Sorry you get sick after getting one, though, yes drink lots of water and take the extra vit- c as you said. Good luck

sunkissed Well I have had several bad cases of the flu so that is why I do gt the shot, I try not to get it again. I hope you never get it, it is rough.needles don't bother me, I have to get stuck all the time.
