sunmiracle in my opinion,I do believe practice makes better,but not perfect. you are born to do one thing,and not to other things.

sunmiracle it was very usual when I was in colleague,I used to play a lot and didn't have enough sleepy time.so i have to take nap sometimes a deep sleep.
