How about working in an office where you can't express your views?

Have anyone felt that they are not allowed to express their views in their office? Do you have a very bossy head or elader or supervisor who always dominates your views? Doesn't this restrict and violate teh basic human...

surisanjeev I am also the victim of the same but my objective is very clear, I clearly look after my work and never take care what other say. I keep my bosses on their toes. I am of the view that if one has confidence no body can harm him. The guys work speaks much louder...

please suggest back pain remedies and how to avoid back pain. I sit for 8 to 9 hours a day in front of computer and that is causing me a lot of back pain. Is there any way we can avoid back pain with natural exercises.
