What are the benefits of a Linux-based smart phone?

My wife currently have the Motorola (A1200) smartphone and she really like it. but I want to know what the differences and benefits are of the difference operating systems... and whether Linux is more user-friendly than others.

sutiat Other than having a stable operating system there really isn't much of an advantage over other smartphones. If anything you'll find yourself spending more time looking for software applications for it [if any] - quite a bit of time.

sutiat to each their own..but as time goes by it becomes very clear that happiness is part of our life here..and greed is the downfall of Humans as it has been inbred into us through society..Just imagine..if we changed "greed" to "giving"...just imagine..the changes...

sutiat probably not- what one describe as red would probably be a different red to the other- our eyes are not the same- each color is being interpreter to an electric pulse, and since each eye is different we get different pulse hence different brain...
