my son is on Rheoron inhaler , LCF and Zyrcold Syrup. Is there any permanent cure in any form of medicine??? is there any alternate treatment?

What type of asthma medicine do you use for a fast acting inhaler? I need to get a new one from my doctor.

svmhr1 Medicine used is Rheron Inhaler, Zyrcold and LCF for my 3.5 yrs old son suffering from Asthma.
