swasti i too feel the same and for a long time i did not check mylot ....and iam returning after a long time now....here i feel the discussions r made mainly for money and not really for its cause.i think i liek yahoo answers much better than this.

I did 28 hours of not sleeping ...before and went back to my regular 6-7 hours a night. I felt tired for about 2 weeks. How long continuously you did no sleep? The longest. How many days you sleep after that?
