I have got serious headache few days ago, i have been to pharmacy to check my high blood pressure(140/76), i want to know what should i do to lower my blood pressure and what type of food should i take.

sweetaryna apple cider vinegar is okay for me, i can handle it, i used to take apple cider vineger to loose weight.

sweetaryna Durian is a tropical fruit rarely seen outside of southeast asia. Durian infamous for its strangely foul smell,the flesh of this fruit is nonetheless sweet and delicious. i will put durian photo for you to see okay.. ; )

sweetaryna last few days i like to eat salty food, but in small quantity, may be that is the problem that make my blood pressure high, i dont know, i go straight from my house to pharmacy,it's near my house. I go there because i have a serious headache when i make love....

sweetaryna Thank you Cream97. Hotdog is my favaourite, start from tommorow i have to stay away from my favaourite foods. So sad : ((, but what to then, health is more importants.

sweetaryna my friend just bought me OXY oil-control moisturizer, i wash my face and put it on my face, i can see that may face not so oily like earlier on..hopefully it will works on my face,or else i will go to beautician to seek a problem.

sweetaryna Notreally, i cover my face use two way cake powder but make it worse, well just follow what ADIHINDU wrote, drinks a lot of water, maybe it' really helpfull okay...

sweetaryna i've no idea : ), sometimes with my oily skin it makes me feel uncomfortable, i need to go toilet everytime to wash my face, my make-up also melt cos of the oily skin especially at my eyelids area...

my friend went to some cc to check friendster.Something wrong with it, the last friendster user cant log out, still the same owner and new user cant log in.Is this a bug or virus??

sweetaryna i found the solution already..thanks anyway..what i do, before i log in friendster i first makesure that all the cookies and history deleted then i start my friendster..
