When i was in college, i learn how to drink some hard liqour and ladies drink. I cant see any valuable in drinkig liqour except it gives you hangover and upset stomach. Are you drinking too?

1. Drink lots of water everyday.. 2. Eat lots of fruits. 3. Wash your face 2x daily with lukewarm water. 4. Get enough sleep at least 8 hours. 5. Avoid too much make-ups. CAN YOU ADD SOME MORE???
