Exercising is a good way to keepup the health. Daily excercises will keep u in good shape and size. You will feel better emotionally also. Exercise daily and have great day and great life.Give me your answers.

sweetheart27 I exercise about about a hour a day :) working out. I've lost about 15 this last month. Its not a easy thing because i had to cut back on all my food i eat. I eat a lot of veggies and fruit and not junk food at all :)
