I do forward and side crunches. I sometimes inhale and exhale in such a way to work them.

I love warming up with a fun improv game. I love the questions game, park bench, taxi cab, and other games but there are so many more games out there too. Do you have any good improv games that a group of thespians can play? ;)...

sweetteachickenluver Awwwww!!!! Thanks you so much! An improvisational game in drama and the theatre department is a warm up or an ice break and its basically a game where you are put in a situation and you act on the spot. So for an example of an improv game would be taxi cab....
