swordfish1312 oh good guidelines where you extract it? are you single or married with children so are you teaching this to your love ones and for the next generation of yours, then you have to named certain for it and that's the start of your religion....be justified for it...

My husband is always getting sick. It seems that if the wind blows or sometimes just out of the blue he catches a cold. He is always taking vitamins and still it doesnt seem to help. I dont take vitamins and never really eat right...

swordfish1312 theres nothing new in advise vitamins rest etch. i heard that already on my mom make new research please like this one "submerge your self in cold water once in a while it will boost your immune system".
