syedhasan I can't its become like part of my body, if I don't feel it on me I panic. It's like a link where you can text and call your mates etc.. Also phones have a sense of security so you know at the touch of a button you can get help.

syedhasan Maybe that's psychological? Why not try to wake up on a sunny day with a positive start and have lots of cold drinks an milkshakes to keep you going? Hopefully that'll make you feel better.
