Eating at least one gauva or few pieces of papayya reduces the risk of bood pressure and Diabeties. Gauva works for blood pressure , diabeties and kidneys and papayya works for blood sugar .Hope this piece of information helps...

tUbErS i think true love does not come in an instant. You have to gain and earn it. you just have to understand the person, appreciate and accept him/her no matter what he/she is.you have to accept his/her attitude that would lead you to loving him/her truly.
