How to fall asleep quickly?

Recently I cannot fall asleep quickly,I have tossed about in bed last several hours.I do not want to eat pills,so could you give me some suggestion?

taiiina As for me, when I can`t fall asleep, I dring a glass of warm milk with a spoon of honey. I`m sleeping like a kitten:)

hi friends.. i think banana is best fruit to gain good calories..you have to take dialy minimum 200 grams of banana fruit you will get good physic..in this days you will impress any girl u have good look for physic.so,try this...

taiiina My favorite book is "Master and Margarita" by Michail Bulgakov. It is Russian book. It is really amazing! When you start reading it, it seems like fantastic, unreal, but then you understand that it is a real life, but with some fantastic elements.
