EAStanley Well, it's better to earn money. :) But, winning money is FUN. It's like, EXTRA money, that you don't HAVE to put into the bank, you can splurge on something without feeling guilty, because it is additional money just from winning a contest. :)

doubleloveyou At the same time, when we refer people the ones we mentor are most likely to succeed. As you have said, now you can teach your recruits what works. Mentoring is still the best way to insure success.
