What is the best weight-loss program that you tried???

I'm just weighing 130 lbs and 5'5 in height. But my friends and relatives keep telling that i should lose weight. Am I really overweight already????

mavisbike ok I wrestle and play football and baseball for my school I am 5'4 and my lowest was 83pounds this year and my highest was 104 this is over 7months so I can control my weight If you really wanna lose weight first put on a few sweatshirt and some pants then...

jennie2665 I don't think you are overweight. I needed to lose about 20lbs once and tried Weight Watchers. It worked but only because there were several of us in the office on it. Accountability has a lot to with any program!

sbeauty For 14 years I worked in a factory personnel office. I did a lot of hiring during those years. Up until that time I had always been terrified of being interviewed. However, after doing all those interviews I figured that it wouldn't be so bad any more....
