teamrose I just started a 3 day water fast. Will move to a juice fast after the 3rd day. Will do daily enemas. I've never heard of anyone dying from fasting. I have seen and heard of many miraculous cures from fasting.

teamrose I can testify that the body eats the fat first. At least my body loves fat. When I fast, the first thing I lose is my big fat stomach. I guess it depends on the size of the body fasting.
