Are you sticking to your diet? I have been eating more veggies and less meat. When I cut out meat I notice the energy levels soar. Today I'm having curly pasta with tomatoes.

krystalheart hi there, I also love pasta with tomato sauce... but it is my routine to drink green tea before and after every meals. So whatever I ate I know I will not gain weight, for green tea helps in speeding metabolism.
