Best month to start school

Do you think it is better for schools in the Philippines to start school in June or September? In June we get many typhoons, hence classes get suspended a lot. September would be the month that schools in other countries begin...

tegsea Here in Australia the school year starts end of January and finishes end of November. Summer vacation is 8 weeks December/January.
