it is so hard to find jobs . i feel like you do almost 100 applications and maybe 1 job will even call you ad then you still dont get hired even if the interveiw went perfectly .

theresa harris exactly once your over 35 its 10% chance of finding a job . but they want all these young people but at the same time the older people are going to have more experience and are going to do the job better.
