Yuki There are a number of things that could be causing that. The best course of action would be to speak to the doctor who's overseeing your care during your pregnancy and follow his or her recommendations.

joy i have never been pregnant so i cant help you but my sister used to drink coffee before. i know its not advisable but it helped her somehow. she also didnt go against her cravings, that lessened the number of vomits.
