TexasKitty My husband's mother wouldn't be in the water in the first place because she can't swim, lol. My husband would save me I am sure because his mother is like 78 and has lived a full and wonderful life and I am only 26 and still have plenty of life left to live.

renewing lease. adding grandmother to lease landlord increased rent by $50 and asked for additional $50 security deposit. can she do this?

TexasKitty I am not sure about the additional deposit, but she is allowed to raise the lease. I just thought she had to let you know before your lease was up so you could have enought time to decide if you wanted to stay or not.
