How do you give up smoking - when you don't actually want to?

O, so you've been told to give up smoking because of health reasons - one problem, you don't actually want to! Now in my mind if you don't actually want to do something you're not actually going to achieve it are you? So come on...

thongs2 I have been smoke free for almost a month. Just dont buy any. If you dont have any then you wont want to smoke that is what I did and it worked for me. But is hard cuz my bf which i live with smokes still but i still did it it makes you feel really good about...

thongs2 I had normal birth if you can call anything normal about giving birth that is each women has there own things they deal with while having carring a baby
