Quite a few of the GPT to sites I belong to have up dated their TOS or Rules or watever you want to call them. Two have included a "no pre-paid credit card" rule. Others have changed their payment date, since they can't pay out...

I am trying to improve my credit which is not good at all. I was considering debt consolidation but was told by a friend that it was a form of bankruptcy. I do not want to file bankruptcy but I do need to improve my credit a lot....
