tiwari070684 I like reading books online, but i cant read book online long time. I need at least 5 minutes break in every 30 minutes otherwise my forehead is paining very much. Reading offline book is easier than online. And that is very useful for your eyes also.

tiwari070684 I dont think that there should be any kind of boundation to eat certain things on certain days. When I feel to have something, I do at that time. Doesn't matter about days.
