tiwari5485 Ok....when you have thoughts, you write it down! I may sound silly, but how? I ususallly start getting rush of thoughts when I am laying in bed and if I get up to write it down I will never sleep! Please help me sort it out

tiwari5485 I hear what you're saying. Same thing happens with me, especially at nights when I am trying to fall asleep and my mind is racing. When I sit down to write, I am nothing but a blank!
