Mine is banana its cheap and it has a lot of benifit you can be healthy by just havin one banana a day. what about yours?

topties I agree! Bananas are my fav. And they are great to keep depression and anxiety at bay too: they help keep your potassium levels up. So if you're feel a little outasorts as we do sometimes, grab a banana... might just help!

topties I'd have to say running. I find its more of an all-round exercise for me, and I love the convenience of my treadmill!
