Faye @tragicpoet - Exactly right - insulin helps you use / store sugar. If your system isn't working quite right (like me) you can end up eating low calorie foods and still gaining weight... surprise! Best of luck to you

clrumfelt Go on a trip together. Communicate more and laugh together. Do something thoughtful and give complements when she has worked hard to look good or do some task. Making the other person feel valued and appreciated goes a long way toward bringing the spark back.
