I know of a diet which i did which worked, its the lemon detox diet, beyonce the rnb singer did it and shed 14 kg in 2 weeks. It really works and i did it for only 10 days and lost 6kg an di never felt better, my skin was cleaner...

Well just thought I'd like to share.. I have always thought of Glutathione as a skin whitener. But it actually isn't its use is actually cleaning the liver of free radicals, toxins etc. and it's side effect is whitening....

triage I do not know about diabetes but my friend has asthma and she actually took the pill for whitening but hey, it actually helped prevent her attacks.. really.

triage well. im happy to say that th one i'm using is food grade and there is no overdose if it is food grade, it's absolutely food. My friend used it and it has very good effects against her asthma (she's actually status asthmaticus) and honestly, she does not...

triage oh... everything is painful.. I meant Anti-Angiogenesis.. which would prohibit the reproduction of cells. having cancer in itself is painful that is why when medication is done, you would really feel the pain, right?

triage yeah it really is annoying! hey! it's good cause the tea seems to make me sweat, well, I do not sweat most of the time. I have to spend more than 30 mins in the gym before I start to sweat, but hey! this makes me sweat, is that part of the detox effect?
