trisha_o11 if you want to be healty you have to eat healty food...a lot of fruits and vegetables, but also you need proteins, that means that you have to eat also meat.it is very important to drink milk. even if you eat healthy you have to do also some sports...it`s...

trisha_o11 my advise for you is to brush your teeth every time before you go to bed...because if very important to prevent the dental decay. and also to have a good sleep it`s very important to brush your teeth every night. and also after every meal. brushing you teeth...
