Is it hard to be happy?

Do you know why it's so hard to be happy? it's because we refuse to let go of the things that makes us sad. what do you think? you think it's right?

trishadw42 Yes, this is true. When somethings happens, like hurt feelings, we allow bitterness to set in our heart. Not a first, at first we are hurt, that hurt builds. Then we get offened, offense against others builds into bitterness, and we refuse to forgive....

god gav me my troubes and sufferings which teaches me on how to srtugle and be firm of my faith.
