babyjane Many people lives happy because they are contented of what they have. They wouldnt ask for too much coz it might be the reason to be unhappy.

spr1967 Its not hard to be happy most of the time. Even when your sad you can put a brave face on.If you mop around being miserable and unhappy then i think you will eventually turn into someone who no body wants to be around as you will bring them down

Connie1013 You might be right. I have trouble letting go of the past. It effects everything I do and say. I keep trying though. I just can't figure out a way how.
